Iredell County Fire Marshal David Souther has lifted the local burn ban for all unincorporated areas of Iredell County plus the towns of Harmony, Troutman, and Love Valley effective 8 am. Wednesday, April 2. This decision follows the North Carolina Forest Service’s announcement lifting the statewide burn ban, which had been in place since March 21 due to hazardous fire conditions.
